Through the ClevaQ platform, customers can order, pay, access loyalty and membership, start a tab, receive notifications and alerts, view personal login portals and do it all on a secure payment and confirmation system.
It’s not just the customer who benefits – vendors can seamlessly integrate their existing point-of-sale systems with various payment methods, gamification systems and member reward programs. By customizing the experience, clubs, bars, pubs, hotels, recreational centers, food courts, stadiums and all kinds of vendors can offer a contactless ordering service to their customers, whether they be a guest or a member.
Tailoring this experience even further, we created personal login pages for diners to access orders, view receipt history, track membership status and start tabs. A guest status was then added to ensure anyone, whether regular or visitor, has access to the full experience clevaQ provides.
