Casalyf was created to solve a common problem for homeowners: keeping track of property information. From renovation documents and appliance warranties to financial records and maintenance schedules, most people rely on scattered systems like email, folders and cloud drives, making it difficult to find what matters when it matters.
Casalyf engaged Devika to turn this idea into a real, scalable PropTech platform. The goal was to build a simple, secure system that would allow homeowners to manage all their property data in one place, while also enabling properties to be shared or transferred when moving or selling.
Devika led Casalyf through a structured proof-of-concept and MVP build, defining a freemium business model and prioritising the core workflows needed to validate the product. Over 12 weeks, we delivered a production-ready platform designed to support future growth and monetisation.

Devika built Casalyf as a cloud-native SaaS platform with a React Native mobile app for homeowners and an admin web portal for system management. The platform runs on Devika’s Baseline framework on AWS, providing security, scalability and low operating costs.
Casalyf supports a freemium subscription model, allowing users to access core features for free.
