Devika becomes the first Ingram Micro partner in APAC to achieve the AWS Generative AI Competency, recognising real-world AI innovation.
We’re proud to share that Devika has officially achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Generative AI Competency (services), a recognition awarded to only a small group of AWS Partners globally!
This milestone follows a series of achievements that reflect our growing experience within the AWS ecosystem. In 2024, Devika reached Advanced Tier Partner status, and between 2023 and 2024, we earned Service Delivery designations for AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation. Together, these milestones showcase our proven delivery capability across modern, scalable applications.
It also makes Devika the first Ingram Micro partner in Asia-Pacific (APAC) to earn the Generative AI Services Competency, further underscoring our leadership in applied AI innovation.

To achieve the certification, we submitted multiple case studies demonstrating how we’ve implemented AI in real-world products. Our work spans many AI services, such as:
Amazon Bedrock, used to power generative AI features in apps – like creating intelligent response suggestions that enhance user engagement and streamline interactions.
Amazon Rekognition, integrated for image and video recognition – helping automate content moderation and enabling entirely new use cases for safety and accessibility.
These use cases show how AI can move beyond hype to deliver practical, high-impact results.
