For example, cancelling a subscription for you – your personal Agent would use your authentication to cancel a subscription without needing you to do all the steps manually, all while ensuring your personal information stays secure.

What We’re Doing at Devika to Prepare
1. Internal Workshops and R&D
We kicked off with a deep-dive workshop involving our engineering, design, and product teams. We explored:
- How Agentic AI changes the product development lifecycle
- Where agents can replace or enhance human processes
- What infrastructure is needed to support these systems
2. Exploring Agentic AI App Use Cases in Client Projects
We’re identifying projects where we can embed agentic workflows, such as:
- Automating onboarding processes
- Intelligent scheduling and follow-up
- Dynamic recommendation systems that take action on behalf of users
3. Reimagining Our Own Tools and Operations
Not only are we preparing for integrating agentic AI into our client projects, very soon we’re going to be using it ourselves. Initially we’re exploring agentic AI use cases for Devika Connect, our custom-built in-house operational technology that gives our clients visibility over their projects and key documentation.
4. Partnering with Leading Experts
To stay ahead, we’re collaborating with AI consultants and staying closely aligned with advances in LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and emerging standards around agent safety and autonomy.
